Recipe:Cut potatoes into bite sized chunks. Par-boil in a pot of water, drain, and place in a casserole pan.
Cut sausages, tomatoes and onions into chunks as well, and add to the pan. Smash garlic with the flat of a knife, leaving the skin on, and add to the pan. Add a liberal amount of oil. Season with rosemary, salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly so all ingredients are evenly seasoned.
Put casserole pan into an oven at around 180C, and bake for 10 minutes or so till everything starts to brown.
Serve by portioning onto a plate and top with a fried egg.
